2016 Academy Awarding Ceremony hold at People’s Park in Yangon background with Shwedagon Pagoda. This event is the first time celebrating in People’s Park and is arranged by John Lwin. Main sponsor of event is Bella cosmetic. State Counsellor Of Myanmar Aung San Suu Kyi send formal message for the event and Actress Eaindra Kyaw Zin read it. Then minister Doctor Bay Myint from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting gave speech, chairman of Myanmar Motion Picture Organization Lu Min was following. The event celebrated a grand opening with performances and fabulous fireworks.
