Thandar Hlaing generally described her daily activities with her family. She says her days begin with helping her children get ready for school as they have to go to school every day at seven a.m. And after that, depending on the heaviness or lightness of her schedule, she would leave for her office in her company at an appropriate time. At about four thirty in the evening, her children would arrive at her office. And the three of them return home at around five.
On weekends, her children go off to stay with their father; her ex-husband. No matter what, she is insistent that her children should receive love and care from both parents without missing out on anything. Therefore, she and her ex-husband have an agreement that for two days in a week, the children should stay with their father. Her kids also have a hobby of reading. So she makes them read Buddhism-related books, about topics like the 38 blessings and the five commandments, with colorful illustrations.
